2021 SPONSORING ACTION
in favor of young traditional musicians, singers and dancers
↓ SECOND GRATIFICATION GALA! ↓
Thanks to a few donors friends of the ArmenTrad website,
a first action of gratification and encouragement
to young traditional musicians from Armenia and
their teachers was undertaken on May 5, 2019 in Yerevan
under the direction of Karapet Hakobyan assisted by his son
Hovhannes Hakobyan, both music teachers in Yerevan,
to maintain and stimulate teaching popular instruments
in Armenia.
Everyone can see on this website photos and the video
of this magnificent day by clicking above on
"2019 Sponsoring".
In consultation with our friend and partner Karapet Hakobyan
we had decided, given the current situation in Armenia,
to postpone this second sponsoring gala.
We kept our resolve for this action in 2021 and have
waited until this spring to decide on a date.
This second Gala in favor of the Young Artists of Armenia had finally
taken place on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 6 p.m. (Yerevan time),
again organized by our friends Karapet and Hovhannes Hakobyan.
We are pleased to see that this second action aroused the
enthusiasm of our donor friends from France and Switzerland.
The increase in their number and their generosity made it possible
to include young musicians, singers and dancers in this action.
